Browse our trips or rental options, select your preferred date and number of travelers, then complete the booking with a secure online payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details right away.
We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). All payments are processed securely through our payment providers — we never store your full card details.
Your booking confirmation, tickets, and receipt are sent directly to your email after payment is processed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see them within a few minutes.
Each trip page clearly lists what is included and excluded. During checkout you can add optional extras such as travel insurance, additional luggage, or activities where available. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
No, you can complete a booking as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view your past bookings, download tickets again, and speeds up future checkouts.
Yes. Cancellations made at least 15 days before the travel date are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 15 days of the travel date are non-refundable. Some products may also be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. You can cancel by contacting support or through your account.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking total. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Yes — you can request changes such as date, number of travelers, or pickup location by contacting our support team. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Some products may not be modifiable once confirmed.
We offer two options: self-drive rentals where you drive the vehicle yourself, and private transfers with driver where a professional driver takes you to your destination. For transfers with driver, fuel, tolls, and parking are included in the price. For self-drive rentals, fuel and tolls are the renter's responsibility.
Our fleet includes cars (1–4 passengers), vans (5–8 passengers), and buses (9+ passengers). The vehicle type is automatically matched to your group size during booking. You can see available vehicles, photos, and pricing before confirming your reservation.
You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence recognised in Albania. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required depending on your country of origin. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. A security deposit may be held on your payment method at pickup.
Basic third-party liability insurance is included with every rental. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available as an optional extra during checkout. The renter remains responsible for any damage not covered by the included insurance and for traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
Driving outside Albania is not permitted without prior written consent from TripsToAlbania. If you need cross-border travel, contact us before booking so we can arrange the appropriate permissions and insurance coverage.
Rental prices are calculated based on your pickup location, route, vehicle type, and rental duration. A quotation is generated during the booking process and the final price is confirmed before you pay. Seasonal surcharges may apply during peak travel periods.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. You are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Enter your flight or ferry details during checkout. Your driver will meet you at the designated arrival point with a name sign. If your flight is delayed, don't worry — we monitor arrivals and your driver will wait. For any issues, contact our support team.
Yes! During the booking process you can customise your route by adding intermediate stops between your pickup and drop-off locations. The price adjusts automatically based on the updated route. You can also choose between a one-way trip or a round trip.
Yes. Share your preferred dates, group size, and any special requests, and we will reply with a tailored proposal within 24–48 hours. We can arrange private guided tours, multi-day itineraries, and group excursions across Albania.
Carry a valid passport or national ID card (for EU/Schengen citizens) and check whether your nationality requires a visa for Albania. Bring your booking confirmation — printed or on your phone. If you booked child fares, you may be asked for proof of age.
Yes, children are welcome. Age rules vary by service and are displayed before checkout. For transfers and car rentals, child seats can be requested during booking — please provide the children's ages so we can assign the right seat type.

We take all feedback seriously. Contact us at tripstoalbania@gmail.com with your booking reference and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them as quickly as possible. If the matter cannot be settled, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
Visit our "Become a Partner" page and fill out the application form. We offer three partnership tiers — Fleet (15% commission), Driver (18%), and Partner (20%) — based on the number of vehicles and your level of involvement. We respond within 2 business days.
Our website and booking platform are available in English, German, and Italian. You can switch the language at any time using the language selector. Customer support is also available in all three languages.
We use encryption in transit (TLS), secure payment processing, and strict access controls. We never store your full card details. Your data is retained only as long as necessary — booking data up to 10 years for legal obligations, support logs up to 24 months. Read our full Privacy Policy for more details.
In the event of force majeure — such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or transport disruptions — we are not liable for delays or cancellations. However, we will always work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution wherever possible.
